*Area rental fees do NOT include admissions to Corn Cob Acres. Wristbands must be purchased separately. Tickets purchased in advance for guests who do not show will NOT be refunded.

Cancellations must be done by e-mail (info@corncobacres.com) and we will contact you.

Rental area cancellation up to 30 days prior to visit – Corn Cob Acres will refund the amount paid for the reservation.
Rental area cancellation within 30 days of visit – No refund will be issued.

Inclement Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather that causes the park to close on the day your reservation is scheduled, please email info@corncobacres.com to discuss moving your reservation to a different date. If a different date cannot be accommodated, your reservation will be refunded in full. In the case of the park closing part way through your reservation, please visit the ticket booth for rain passes for your guests, and Corn Cob Acres staff will work with you to either reschedule or issue a partial refund.
Pre-purchased admission tickets are non-refundable, but will remain valid for any day we are open throughout our current season.

The rental fee is for the private area only. Each person (3 and above) that enters Corn Cob Acres will need to pay the general admission fee.

Admission Options for Private Rental Area
- Have each person pay for their own admission to Corn Cob Acres online at the entrance, OR
- If you wish to pay for all your guests you may buy tickets online, redeem them, and distribute the wristbands to your guests at the entrance prior to them coming in to the park.
You and your guests may come and go from your rental area to visit all the activities at Corn Cob Acres, but for security reasons we suggest that you do not leave valuables at the site unattended.
Your group may arrive prior to your scheduled time to have fun at Corn Cob Acres. Admission is valid for the entire day of your event. Your rental area will be available at and during your scheduled time.
Upon your arrival to Corn Cob acres, please enter through the “Pre-Purchased Tickets” line and proceed to Window 1. Please let the attendant know that you have a rental area booked, and the attendant will give you directions to your specific area.

If you have rented an area, you may bring in outside food to be consumed in the rental area only. Concessions are also available on site.
No outside cooking devices are allowed, including gas/charcoal grills, propane burners, or open flames.
No outside alcohol is permitted anywhere on the Corn Cob Acres property. Select drinks may be purchased at our Hidden Acres Saloon.
Please no glass containers.
No electricity is available in the rental area.
We recommend that you bring your own table covers.
Rental areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a rental area is available upon your arrival to Corn Cob Acres, you may rent the area at that time.
Decorations for your area are permitted however you are responsible for removing and disposing of all decorations by the end of your rental period.
The Corn Cob Acres Staff will happily remove trash and keep an eye on trash levels before/after each rental.
You are welcome to stay in the park after your rental time is over, but you MUST be out of the space by the end of your timeslot. Please respect the booking time for the next group.
